Frank Schroedter graduated from the Technical University of Berlin in Process Engineering and is a co-inventor of new technologies for natural gas processing, water treatment and recyclables recovery.
He developed a passion for engineering and process plant construction during his studies. The successful interaction of large engineering teams in international large-scale plant engineering projects is not just his job, but rather his profession. For Frank, each project is a unique technical and human challenge where routine is out of the question.
Having gained experience in setting up new sites and acquiring companies, and as a managing director in plant construction, he has personally recruited more than 100 managers and skilled workers.

Frank lives in Leipzig, Germany, and enjoys sailing the high seas.
