Manfred Wulf has been a partner at KMCG GmbH since 2023.

He provides consultancy services primarily to mid-sized family-owned companies from the FMCG production and retail as well as the agricultural sectors.

Manfred Wulf has more than 30 years of experience as a Managing Director and CEO in the FMCG, food and agricultural sectors. Over the years, he has managed categories such as potatoes, meat, delicacies, coffee, sweets/chocolate, and snacks, with strong expertise covering not only distribution and marketing, but also operations and strategy.

Manfred is an accomplished manager with a hands-on mentality who has created real value in the past years. He has achieved significant market share increases by introducing innovation management, successfully reorganising or expanding international business relationships and through the conscientious implementation of new business strategies.

Manfred Wulf lives in Wildeshausen, Lower Saxony. In his spare time, he enjoys music, literature, hunting and nature, travelling and sports. At the same time, his wife and three sons remain the epicentre of his life.
