Dr. Daniel Günsche is an experienced manager with over 20 years of leadership and restructuring experience in medium-sized industrial companies and corporations across a wide range of industries – from automotive and mechanical engineering to real estate.
With this comprehensive perspective on organizations, structures, and people, Dr. Günsche will contribute his expertise to the personnel consulting firm KMCG Executive Search.

As Managing Director, Lutz Peter Eklöh has held a variety of positions in the FMCG industry, FMCG retail and the luxury goods sector over the past 30 years.
His expertise lies in sales, marketing, human resources and management, which he will bring to KMCG GmbH.

At the trade fair Hannover Messe, we were able to discuss the major challenges facing the industry and establish valuable new contacts.
Under the motto “Shaping the Future with Technology,” the trade fair showcased numerous new solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, and sustainable energy.
The challenges and opportunities of Industry 4.0 require leaders who can combine innovation and sustainability. We are ready to find these talents and support companies in shaping their future.
Team Meeting in Berlin – Thank you for almost 30 years of cooperation!
Our long-standing employee and head of the back office, Carola Buder, was also honoured at a joint dinner.
Next year will mark 30 years in which she has actively supported the executive search consultants with a great deal of database expertise.
She is not quite retired yet, but she will be stepping back a little at KMCG in future, so we would like to thank her most sincerely for the many years we have spent together!
KMCG’s expertise in sustainability further expanded
A sustainability manager supports companies in formulating, strategically approaching and achieving sustainability goals.
This role includes not only environmental aspects such as the reduction of CO2 emissions and supply chain issues, but also the promotion of sustainable product development, cooperation with partners and suppliers as well as the consideration of economic and social aspects and the corporate identity itself.
Sustainability is one of the strategic priorities of the globally active OEM in the leisure / caravanning industry.
As KMCG, we quickly filled the position of sustainability manager for our client, thereby confirming and further expanding our expertise in this area.
