4. Recording of data on our website
Server log files
The provider of this website and its pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser communicates to us automatically. The information comprises:
- The type and version of browser used
- The used operating system
- Referrer URL
- The hostname of the accessing computer
- The time of the server inquiry
- The IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is recorded on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in the technically error free depiction and the optimization of the operator’s website. In order to achieve this, server log files must be recorded.
These log files are automatically deleted after 3 months.
Use of Google Tag Manager
We use the “Google Tag Manager” on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies but only tags and does not collect any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager. Social Media
On our website you will find links to the social networks Linkedin, Xing and experteer. The links can be recognised by the respective provider’s logo. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of the respective operators apply. Personal data is not collected when you access our website, but only when you are forwarded to our account with the respective social media provider. Use of Facebook Custom Audience
We use Facebook Website Custom Audiences on our website, a marketing service provided by Facebook Inc (1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). This enables us to show certain groups of pseudonymised visitors to our website, who also use Facebook, advertisements on Facebook that are tailored to their individual interests. For this purpose, a Facebook Custom Audience pixel is integrated on our website, a Java Script code that stores non-personal data about the use of the website, such as IP address, browser used and source and target pages. This information is transferred to Facebook servers in the USA. There it is automatically checked whether you have saved a Facebook cookie on your end device and whether you belong to a target group relevant to us. If this is the case, you will be shown corresponding adverts placed by us on Facebook – without you being personally identified by the data comparison. The legal basis for the use of this service is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. External hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the hoster(s). This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG.
