During his many years as a consultant, he has achieved success for clients in a wide range of sectors, particularly in industry, logistics and construction & real estate.

Holger holds a degree in marine engineering.
He started his career as a marine engineer with Deutsche Seereederei in Rostock, and from 1991 held various management positions at a well-known German building supplier to the concrete and brick industry. Each of these positions provided him with extensive experience in the management of complex change processes. Holger is convinced that the knowledge he gained in these roles forms an essential prerequisite for professional executive search. He has worked as an Executive Search Consultant at KMCG GmbH since 2008.

Holger lives in the Magdeburg region of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, and enjoys spending time with his family, not forgetting the dog. Besides cycling, he is a member of a walking football team and enjoys rooting for his local football team, 1. FC Magdeburg.
