Dipl.-Kaufmann Lutz Peter Eklöh has been working as an executive search consultant since 2025.

Previously, he worked primarily for multinational and large medium-sized family businesses in the FMCG industry, FMCG retail and the luxury goods sector.

Lutz Peter Eklöh studied at the University of Dortmund and the University of Saarland, specialising in retail management and consumer goods science, and started and developed his career at Procter & Gamble, Wrigley’s and Storck.

He has over 30 years of experience as a managing director, board member and CEO in the FMCG, food and non-food sectors with managing director and board member roles in the categories of confectionery and snack products, ice cream/frozen products and in the luxury goods and household appliance sectors in wholesale and retail. His expertise lies in sales, marketing, human resources and general management. He has worked in various board and managing director positions, both nationally and internationally, and has extensive language skills and in-depth insights into a wide range of mentalities and cultures. He has been a partner at KMCG GmbH since March 2025.

Lutz Peter Eklöh has built up new countries for a wide variety of companies, organised corporate structures more efficiently and designed and diversified new sales channels. This has resulted in his strong expertise in sales, marketing, human resources, but also in operations and strategy as well as the development of international business relationships and the implementation of new corporate strategies.

Lutz Peter Eklöh lives with his family in Hamburg. His interests include languages, music, literature, travelling and sport. However, the centre of his life is his wife and three children.
