Based on many years of professional and management experience in international project management for plant engineering and special machine construction, predominantly in the automotive and industrial sectors, he finds the right talents for highly motivated management teams and competent specialists for operational processes worldwide.

Martin Hirschmann studied mechanical engineering at the TU Berlin and Italian Romance studies at the FU Berlin; he gained his first professional experience as a freelance design engineer.

He later worked at MTS Systems GmbH and MTS Systems (Germany) GmbH as a design, application and project engineer in the field of special machine construction and test bench technology before becoming head of the Project Engineering department for Europe.

In 2009, he took on the role of Service Manager for Germany and Austria at MTS Systems (Germany) GmbH.

After almost 40 years of professional experience, he felt qualified for the executive search business at KMCG GmbH, with whom he had already worked successfully as a client in recruitment processes.

He grew up in Munich and lived in Berlin from 1977; in 2001 he moved to Kleinmachnow, where he has lived with his wife and children ever since.

His interests include culture and history, traveling – often and gladly to Italy – as well as sporting leisure activities such as cycling, skiing or long hikes with his dogs and camping in the countryside.
